I just wanted to send a quick note to thank the guys that came out today to replace the air conditioner. With (my) very limited knowledge of anything related to heating and cooling, the emn were very kind and hard-working throughout the day. I was pleased at the workmanship in installing and removing the old system, as well as answering any of my questions or concerns. Additionally they were very respectful of the house and our different requests. I wanted to be sure to recognize all of their effort and hard work. Please pass along our many thanks to them and all the team involved in making this a smooth process. We all really appreciate it.

Product or service reviewed: maintenance service winter

The company showed up on time and executed the maintenance service. The technician showed us everything we needed to know about how and when to change the filters and calibrated the controls so that our home is heated properly (it was running cool, even with the heat on). We will use them again.

Product or service reviewed: diagnostic assessment of problems with HVAC system/furnace

Outstanding service provided by Chris, who promptly diagnosed the problem (for a very reasonable flat rate for assessment!), and then returned to make necessary repairs. I was impressed by his skill, kindness, and efficiency. Also very helpful interactions via phone to schedule appointments. I will definitely be relying on CoolBreeze for all our HVAC needs going forward!

Product or service reviewed: Maintenance and Tune-Up

Company has been excellent so far. For routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups of both our furnace and A/C systems, their prices CRUSHED the competition! Other HVAC companies (GAC, for instance) wanted 129$/99$, or 129$ for the first unit, 99$ for the second. Cool Breeze charged me 89$/79$. Hard to beat that, though I do wish they had a better rewards program.Our tech Rene has been excellent. He was thorough and personable. He also fixed and serviced (rather than replaced) an 800$ furnace blower for 146$. Such honesty goes a long way when you're dealing with a company.Use Cool Breeze-they've been cheaper and just as thorough as their competitors!
